Having a full-time HR representative isn’t always cost-effective for a company. With me, you get an experienced HR consultant without committing to a full-time salaried employee while receiving an unbiased set of eyes to help look at your specific problems or needs.
About Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa!
I grew up in rural Southwestern Ontario and moved to Kitchener in 2000 for college. I originally studied Architecture/Construction Engineering Technology at Conestoga College before receiving my Human Resources Management diploma from the University of Guelph because the company I was working for asked me to take on an HR role.
I started my own company because for the past couple of years I haven’t been able to shake the feeling of wanting to create something and be in business for myself. In my career, I have had the great opportunity to touch so many different aspects of HR with many highs (and learning opportunities) along the way. It’s because of those experiences that I wanted to share my knowledge with others.
I’ve always been interested in helping people and thrive using my skills and knowledge to help make an impact whether it’s for your company and its employees as a whole or a specific team or individual within your organization.
